(INDIEC) represents large volume users of energy.  INDIEC was formed in the mid-80’s so that large users of energy had an independent voice.  Our mission is to influence sound energy policy development and decision-making to ensure a reliable and cost-effective energy supply to Indiana industrial energy consumers.
