Meeting Schedule

INDIEC meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. EST in downtown
Indianapolis at the offices of
Lewis &
Kappes. Meetings focus on matters dealing primarily but not
exclusively with regulated and unregulated utilities. Guests have
included:

Utility executives

Commissioners and key Indiana Utility
Regulatory Commission Staff

Indiana Utility Consumer Counselor
-
Legislators
-
Utility Forecasting Academics
Meetings also include updates on
activities from around the state dealing with utilities serving Indiana
industry. Problems centering on specific utilities are usually handled by
the establishment of
ad hoc groups
composed of industries served by the utility in question.
Our members have realized significant
benefits well beyond the cost of INDIEC membership or
ad hoc
intervention.
INDIEC hosts a members
only technical workshop on a
time sensitive topic each May. The June meeting is combined with a member
company plant tour and reception. In October, INDIEC joins eleven other
sponsors for the Annual Indiana Energy Conference.
